The popular A-Frame requires your dog to walk up an incline, then down the other side.

Many dogs are not natural climbers and may need encouragement to make it up and over an A-Frame. Using a treat or bait can be helpful, but do not push your dog beyond what is comfortable.
|
|
Be extra careful to keep your dog from jumping off the A-Frame. Allow him or her to slowly walk up to the summit then ever more slowly down the back side. You may want to hold your dog’s collar or use a leash until your dog gets used to climbing.

|
Be sure your dog touches the yellow Contact Zones before jumping off the A-Frame.
|
|
Be sure your dog has mastered the A-Frame before attempting the Dog Walk Ramp, which is much narrower, and more challenging.

The A-Frame is constructed of 1.66″ heavy-wall aluminum pipes and 8-foot-long inclined planks that are 38″ wide for safety.
|
|
Heavy-wall aluminum pipes feature baked-on polyester powder-coat finish for maximum resistance to dog urine.
|
|
Planks are constructed of heavy 10-gauge aluminum sheet and are completely coated with a 50 mil. thick polyurea coating.
|
|
All walking surfaces are coated with PawsGrip™, a highly textured polyurea coating designed for maximum slip resistance for paws.

|
All hardware is stainless steel and vandal-resistant.
